How long does delivery take?
Most mixes and masters are delivered within 1–3 business days after your payment is confirmed and we have your stems.
How should I export my stems?
Export all stems as WAV files, starting from the same timestamp, dry unless effects are important to the sound. Then bundle them into a single ZIP file.
What files can I upload for my demo?
Your reference or rough demo can be a WAV, MP3, or M4A file. Stems must be uploaded as a single .zip of WAV files.
When am I charged?
You upload everything first, then check out securely with Stripe. Your order only becomes active once payment is confirmed.
Do I get revisions?
Yes. Mixing and Mix + Master include up to two revision rounds, and Mastering includes one. We'll reach out if we need anything.
